⚖️ Termination Rules (Articles 34-48)

Employer termination rights: Employee repeatedly fails to perform duties, prolonged illness (12+ months for indefinite), force majeure, restructuring.
Severance pay: 0.5 month salary per year of service (if employed 12+ months and not receiving unemployment insurance).

Note: Non-compete must be reasonable and may require compensation
