Labour Code 2019, Article 20: Employment contracts are classified into indefinite-term contracts and definite-term contracts (not exceeding 36 months). Seasonal contracts are for work lasting under 12 months.

Employee contributes: 10.5% (8% Social Insurance + 1.5% Health Insurance + 1% Unemployment)
Employer contributes: 21.5% (17.5% SI + 3% HI + 1% UI)
Applied to salary up to 20x minimum wage cap.
Normal days: At least 150%
Weekly rest days: At least 200%
Public holidays: At least 300% (plus normal wage if working on paid holiday)
Employer termination rights: Employee repeatedly fails to perform duties, prolonged illness (12+ months for indefinite), force majeure, restructuring.
Severance pay: 0.5 month salary per year of service (if employed 12+ months and not receiving unemployment insurance).
