How does your pricing work?

What's the minimum engagement?
+For project work, our minimum engagement is typically $10,000-$15,000 depending on service type. For outsourcing/retainer work, minimum is $2,000/month with a 3-month initial commitment. This ensures we can deliver meaningful value and isn't just a profit play—smaller engagements don't allow for proper discovery and quality delivery.
Do you offer free consultations?
+Yes. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call (30-60 minutes) where we discuss your challenges and assess fit. We're honest if we're not the right partner—we'd rather recommend someone else than take on work we can't excel at.
What payment terms do you offer?
+For projects: typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion. For larger projects: milestone-based payments. For retainers: monthly payment in advance. We accept wire transfer, and can discuss alternative arrangements for enterprise clients with standard procurement processes.

Which cloud platforms do you work with?
+We're certified and experienced across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. We recommend platforms based on your specific requirements, existing investments, and workload characteristics—not our preferences. We also implement multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.
Can you work with our existing systems?
+Absolutely. Most of our work involves integrating with existing infrastructure, not rip-and-replace. We assess your current state, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes incrementally to minimize disruption.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?

What AI models do you work with?

Team & Outsourcing
What's the minimum commitment for outsourcing?
+3-month minimum commitment with $2,000/month minimum. This allows time to properly recruit, onboard, and integrate team members. After the initial period, you can continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to adjust or end the engagement.
Can I interview candidates?
+Yes. We present 2-3 qualified candidates for each role after our initial vetting. You interview them just like any hire and make the final decision. We want you to be confident in your team.
What if someone isn't working out?
+We replace them. Part of our value is handling performance management. If someone isn't meeting expectations after reasonable coaching, we'll find a replacement at no additional recruiting cost.
What timezone do your developers work in?
+Our core team is in Vietnam (ICT, GMT+7). We typically arrange 4+ hours of overlap with your timezone. For US clients, this often means early morning Vietnam / late afternoon US. We're flexible and discuss specific arrangements during setup.
